We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Network Operations Installation Technician.
Monmouth Telecom, headquartered in Red Bank, NJ, is a dynamic and fast growing CLEC.
We offer a complete package of voice and data solutions for small, medium and large business customers throughout the state of New Jersey.


Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills are mandatory and are the company's main priority.


Field experience installing voice and data equipment is required along with basic IP/Networking and diagnostic skills.

Candidate must be able to:
* Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Work independently at a job site.
* Possess a valid New Jersey driver's license.
* Be insured by the company's auto insurance carrier.

Position duties include (but are not limited to):
* Customer premise equipment installation and support.
* Customer premise wiring - Cat5, 25/50 pair runs.
* Support Desk duty - CLEC/ILEC trouble reporting.
