Network Services Manager

Synectics has an opening in Rosemont, IL. The Network Services Manager will be responsible for order management, test and turn up activities associated with Dedicated Voice Access customer orders. This position ensures that customer satisfaction measures and services level objectives are met or exceeded. The Network Services and Support Consultant will complete Order Management/Test and Turn Up/DVA/PRI provisioning activities associated with Dedicated Voice Access customer orders for both internal and external customers. Job tasks include analyzing, isolating, and resolving issues in preparation for circuit turn up with the appropriate vendor(s). The consultant will perform appropriate escalation, as needed, across many levels of the organization and is accountable for meeting Service Level Agreement objectives. The consultant will also handle end-to-end service establishment and trouble management to insure complete customer satisfaction.

 

This job may require various shift work (7X24), and the consultant must be available on an on-call basis. Preapproved paid overtime may be required, including nights and weekends.

 

Qualifications for this position include the following:

- Previous Telecom (Local and Long Distance) experience is required

- MUST BE AN EXCEL EXPERT

- Must be dependable, on time, everyday scheduled

- Expert level experience and Telecom/Electronic Degree is required

- Expert level experience is required with Analytical Skills, Strong Written and Verbal Communications, Strong PC Skills, being a Self Starter, Customer Service Skills, Telecom, DVA/PRI Order Mgmt and Test and Turn Up, Multitasking and Entering Timely Order Status Notes, and MS Excel
