About the Position

OM Specialists are responsible for database management and reviewing, processing, tracking and invoicing contracts. It is the OM Specialist?s responsibility to update database in a timely manner and Sales Reps on their orders, as well as answer questions quickly and accurately. Review contracts for completeness and appropriate approval. Creates sales orders for customer. Monitors open transactions on order status. Work with field on billing milestones. Complete orders for invoicing, review and process invoice. Maintains customer database. Handles field and customer questions regarding booked orders. Work with Accounts Receivable on invoicing issues to find resolution for customer?s inquiry. Maintain complete files and records.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor?s Degree, plus a minimum of three years experience with customer database maintenance and contract review. Experience in the telecommunication industry product/services a plus. Effective verbal and written communication skills required. Strong knowledge of microcomputer software/hardware operations required. PEOPLESOFT skills would be a PLUS.
