The Outside Tech is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining telecommunications equipment and provides reports, completes requests for new service, determines methodology for installing telephone service, determines appropriateness of moderate equipment changes or modifications, call switches, test trunks, test links and installs communication circuits.

Previous NEC Key or PBX, Voicemail and Nortel key.

BICSI certification preferred but not required.

This is not a PC related position.
