PCB Specialist

Job Responsibility: l Lead or participate in research projects on new PCB manufacturing technologies for telecom products such as mobile phone, switcher, router, wireless base station, core net or server.

l Participate in technology and quality certification of PWB suppliers.

l Evaluate and implement new PCB materials or technologies to new production to improve yields, and reduce cost.

l Lead or participate in PCB quality problem or failure analysis.

l Set up DFM/R/C rules for PCB design and manufacturing.

l Work closely with system design and development groups to generate innovative PCB technology solutions for new production.

l Participate in some international conference and keep good information channel with consultants, academies, suppliers and contractors and develop long-term collaboration.

 

Background & Skills Requirements:

l Doctor or Master educational background in Material Science, Engineering Physics, or others with over at least 4 years of experience in PCB technology development and application.

l Experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment with demonstrated knowledge of PCB Design and manufacturing.

l Strong interest and knowledge about PCB industry trends, technologies, and solutions in electronic assembly process technology management.

l Experience in cross-functional engineering team, excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.

l Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English or Mandarin.
