Process Compliance Manager

The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks a/an Process Compliance Manager for our Process Operations Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.


Essential Job Functions:
Identify and specify process measure points that will enable accurate evaluation of process objectives and compliance; Design audit processes to review process compliance; Perform audits to ensure processes deliver the expected end results; Perform audits to ensure operations (process users) follow the specified processes; Specify metrics and reporting to supplement audits which will provide indications of process delivery and compliance; Work closely with process owners to ensure metrics capture points exist and ensure reporting is developed; Measure, evaluate, analyze and identify process opportunities and recommend process improvements to deliver compliance; Analyze process indicators to identify process areas out of compliance and determine the drivers of non-compliance; Escalate out of compliance with appropriate process users and management to understand drivers of non-compliance, and develop and gain agreement on a compliance plan; Work with process owners (as required) to determine if process changes are required to improve non-compliance rates; Create and deliver required process compliance training as required


Job Requirements:
Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills as well as excellent organization and prioritization skills; Must have excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills; Ability to analyze large amounts of data into distilled knowledge with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable and measurable components; Must be able to quickly establish credibility with others, have strong presentation and negotiation skills, and be able to influence others; Must have strong interpersonal skills as well as a proven track record of interaction with all organizational levels including senior management; Must be a self-starter with ability to seek clarification when necessary and follow-up on issues; Demonstrates the ability to deliver operational improvements outside of the direct scope of influence; Knowledge of telecommunication technology and operational processes including service delivery, repair, network management and capacity planning; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook are required; Travel 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification


Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience; MBA preferred with 8 years of work experience with at least 4 years performing compliance functions, project management experience, telecommunications experience beneficial.
