Project Coordinator

We manage both small and large-scale deployments for clients in the areas of Project Management, Site Acquisition, Land Use Planning, Architecture & Engineering and Construction Management.



We are looking for Site Acquisition Project Coordinator for the?Pittsburgh PA?Market. Responsibilities include being the point of contact for coordination and tracking of all submittals between the client, vendor and internal Staff.


The position will include:

????????? Maintenance/generation of specialized reports

????????? Document tracking & quality assurance

????????? Point of contact for customer document submittals

????????? Collation, tracking, & submittal of project closeout documentation

????????? General administrative support

Requirements:

- Two plus years? specific wireless telecom Project Coordination experience

- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and problem solving skills

- Ability to interact effectively with other Team Members

- Excellent communication skills ? verbal and written

- Ability to effectively negotiate with landlords to resolve real estate issues

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

- Skilled in organizing work of self and others

- Ability to maintain organized and accurate project records/files

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- MS Office literate MS Excel skills at Intermediate level or higher

- Highly organized, detail oriented, with good problem solving skills

- Valid Driver?s License and good driving record
