Project Manager

Position Profile:

Project Management for government telecommunications contracts with extensive experience in:

? Federal procurement methods, federal contract administration, FFP, FPLH and CPFF contract types, accounting system requirements and cost accounting standards.

? Contract and subcontract negotiation and management including contract modifications and amendments using legal, business, and technical terms.

? Support or lead portions of federal proposal development activities such as technical solution, management solution development, past performance, program/project management, resumes, and contract histories.
? Proposal writing, editing/proofing, and production from the pre-RFP phase to contract award.

? Subcontractor and third party vendor management in regards to procuring and delivering telecommunications networks.

? Maintaining overall monthly reporting on project activities and budget forecasts.

? A thorough understanding of the federal and a corporate workflow process including but not limited to operational science metrics and reporting. Understand external and inter- and intra-group interactions and dependencies within the workflow process.

? Developing a strong working relationship with the customer, sales teams and inter- and intra-business units. Can build consensus when required and make decisions quickly and with clarity.

? Driving creative solutions to issues that enable the success of the business unit.
