Provisioner Coordinator

Provisioner Representative:
We are looking for individuals to be the eyes and ears of our customers. We are looking for Provisioners with a Voice background, (VOIP is a plus).

Must have strong foundation in basic telephony
Must have strong customer communications skills
Must have project management background
Familiarity with Access, Excel, MS Project, Power Point, Word and Visio
DSL, Frame and ATM Network experience
5+ years telecom experience, including 2+ years experience with voice services


Description

This position entails Project managing multiple tasks and critical dates simultaneously.
The Provisioner will manage customer expectation for all technical and administrative tasks associated with installation of an order (to include: LNP, DID, Toll free, Directory Listing, E911, and Auto Attendant etc.)
Coordinate multiple resources for Technical Design Review Meeting
Coordinate with Dealer and/or Fulfillment Partner for CPE installation.
Drive internal resources to meet critical milestones.
Enhance technical performance and delivery through monitoring of vendors and delivery.
Provide hands-on support for escalations, issue resolution, training and support.
Resolve technical escalations, provide technical coaching to other agents, assist with ILEC issues resolution (identify trends, provide supporting data, monitor vendor issues, assist with monthly reporting).
Participate in projects; assist in identifying and communicating process issues both internal and external.
Organize and lead installation meetings
Provision and track vendors, expert knowledge of vendor management
