Provisioning Representative I

Cavalier Telephone, the Mid-Atlantic?s leading provider of competitive telecommunication services, has an immediate opening in Richmond, VA for two Provisioning Representatives. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide quality support to our customers. Responsible for answering incoming calls, addressing customer questions and concerns and for tracking and coordinating service orders with technicians. Communicate well with our external and internal customers. Provide support wherever needed in our fast-pace environment.

 



Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and prior dispatching experience. Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail. The position requires solid customer service experience and solid computer skills.

 

Hours:

Hours: Monday - Friday; 10am - 7pm (Opportunity for OT)
