Quality Control Rep 2 - Northeast Avenue

Perform quality control inspection to ensure compliance with established installation procedures and customer satisfaction. Submit all failed contract labor inspections for rework within 3 days and follow up to verify proper repairs. Repair all failed in-house and Contractor inspections.
Administer contractor charge-back program for any uncompleted work.
Track all contract labor activity and process monthly Quality Control Report.
Perform daily Blind Audits. Locate, repair, and document signal leakage. Perform other duties as assigned.
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or equivalent.
Highly desired skills are customer relations skills, organizational/project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects and be a strong team player. Must be able to fill out necessary forms and work orders and be able to read street maps. Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Solid performer or better. Certified Broadband Tech or Comm-Tech III. This is a union position.
