RF/Calibration Service Technician

We are looking for experienced electronic technicians to work in our Columbia Maryland facility. In this position you will be a part of a team representing Rohde & Schwarz by providing customer service and technical expertise to meet our customer's requirements.

Position Summary:

Performs routine and complex work related to the calibration and /or repair of electronic test equipment. Provides maintenance, repair and metrology services on one or more of the following types of RF equipment: Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, EMI test systems, Communication Test Sets, Power Meters, Directional Finders, Television test equipment. Uses calibration procedures and measurement systems for verification of customer equipment in compliance with requirements. Assures compliance to our company quality system.

Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:

- AA/AS Degree or equivalent technical experience required
- Electronics / RF Microwave experience required for repair technician position and a plus for calibration  technician position
- Basic Electronics and Computer Skills required
- Capable of heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- PMEL experience and training a plus but not mandatory
