Receptionist

Job Purpose:

Supports company operations by answering telephone; completing special sales projects.



Duties:

* Forwards sales information by answering the telephone, receiving faxes; recording and delivering messages.

 

* Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering requirements and information; establishing priorities.



* Supports sales operations by entering sales orders into database; maintaining files and forms; obtaining and forwarding information.


* Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
