Remedy System Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:  This employee will support all updates and modifications to Remedy.

 

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

? Customize Remedy Forms and Fields.Build workflow and logic between fields and forms.Modify User Group Access Profiles and manage User Logins.Assist in integration of Remedy to other tools such as ICOMS.Develop Customized Reports to support Insight needs.Create automated delivery method for standard reporting needs.Develop Remedy scripting capabilities. Troubleshoot user issues. Document System Process and functionality.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 1 year experience in Remedy Development or Remedy AdministrationExperience with Network Operations for telecommunications provider, ISP or Phone Prove expertise in Crystal Reports development. Experience in Database Administration.Experience with Unix and Solaris.  Excellent oral and written communications skills.Familiarity with ICOMS, Netcool, SNMP and Pearl Script Must demonstrate excellent time management skills for purpose of facilitating multiple tasks simultaneously.Must work well independently. Ability to interface at all levels within the organization.
