Description:
This position is responsible for providing comprehensive account support specific to corporate liable nationally contracted customers. This support includes order validation,order activation through POS systems and accurate account creation.
Use ACSS, NetAce Point of Sale and Vision / I2K billing systems to process fulfillment orders originating from nationally contracted Corporate Liable customers.
Troubleshoot customer requests for assistance as related to order status, placement and general inquiries.
Provide detailed reporting on order volumes processed through use of WFM. Create consolidated tracking reports for customer presentation as needed
Activation related troubleshooting and account maintenance.

Qualifications:
*Microsoft Office proficiency, Excel, PowerPoint, Word (required)
*Ability to embrace change in a fast paced environment (required)
*Proven time management skills - ability to handle bulk projects required).
*Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, analytical (required)
*Must be self-motivated and able to work independently (required)
*Ability to work between the hours of 7am to 7pm (required)
