About the Position

Assist the Risk Controls Manager with corporate-wide Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance activities including the planning, development, and deployment of company-wide guidelines, monitoring of business unit and location compliance, monitoring of test results, test exceptions and required remediation activities. Previous SOX experience particularly in preparing and maintaining SOX documentation,   performing testing of controls, etc. including documenting, walk-thru, testing, remediation and certification. Significant knowledge of SOX law and requirements.

 

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include BA/BS degree or equivalent, and 5 or more years related experience. Familiar with COSO framework.
