Sales Rep - Communications/Data Products

Job Description We are currently seeking a Comm/Data Sales Representative for our office located in Buffalo, NY.  The sales representative will be responsible for developing new prospects and maintaining contact with established customers in order to achieve sales and profit goals for the established territory.  Other duties include handling customer complaints promptly and effectively, participating in training sessions and trade shows, and maintaining records of customer and business transactions.


Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required but equivalent experience will be considered.
Candidates must have 2-4 years of experience working with communications/data products.
Must be able to work independently to achieve goals.
Requires good negotiation skills and the ability to sell and be persuasive.
Broad knowledge of business administration, sales, and marketing is required.
A professional appearance and demeanor is required. 
SAP experience is highly desirable.
