Field Sales RepresentativeDescription:

Manager reporting to the Regional Director of Sales.? Must be a self-starter with firsthand experience and knowledge of what it takes to sell phones in a highly-competitive indirect marketplace.? Responsible for creating brand preference, loyalty and willingness to recommend Amp'd Mobile within assigned territories by maintaining customer relations and engaging in product sell-through/marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:Delivers presentations and conducts training to educate retail employee, dealers, and Mosaic staffers on Amp'd Mobile key sales messages, selling tips, Amp'd promotions, and key product differentiators Executes Special Events (i.e. UFC, Buick Invitational, Motor Cross) Fields questions from Mosaic and retail employees related to product allocation and inventory challenges, solves problems. Regional marketing, communications and sales incentives Gathers and reports competitor tactics including compensation charges, price moves, new product, promotions and merchandising materials Communicates account status, opportunities and challenges with Mosaic and Amp'd on a regular basis Promotes the perception of the Amp'd brand with end-user and customers through regular interactions with retailers/dealers and participation in special events within assigned geographic region Responsible for the basic management of regional market offices to include but not limited to: product sell through, contests, marketing activities, growing overall business, resolving account issues, managing retail relationships within the designated territory Oversees all aspects of market activities to include but not limited to expenses, weekly/monthly reporting, travel, budget, Amp'd Retail Sales Goals, and planning field activities

Requirements:Bachelor degree in Business or related area or equivalent experience 2+ years third-party sales support experience in the wireless communications industry or related work experience Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Problem SolvingWorks on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety or factors Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action Builds productive working relationships internally and externally

TravelDomestic Travel required Splits time between a field and office environment
