The Outside Sales Person will be responsible to profile and analyze customer needs and development of bundled solutions to meet a client?s operational communication requirements.

Job Duties:

?  Ability to recognize business processes that can be improved on in client environment and demonstrate rapid return on investment.

?  Manage accounts through the entire sales process from prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and moving opportunities through contract negotiation, signing and ongoing support as they change and grow.

?  Maintain relationships with decision makers and those involved that influence the purchasing process

?  Understand clients mission and their values and provide value added solutions outside their core competency.

?  Self-management and self motivation with a desire to earn top dollar on payday.

Job Requirements:

?  Degree from 4-year college (business degree preferred)

?  Experience in Information Technology or Telecommunications field is a plus

?  Outside sales or solution selling experience in the SMB marketplace

?  Great planning and problem solving experience

?  Advanced written and verbal communication skill set

?  Capacity for leadership and teamwork collaboration

?  High level of integrity and professionalism

?  Ability to be coached and aptitude to absorb and retain instruction and  training.
