Senior Business/Billing Analyst

Position Summary:
Interface with cross functional business owners to deliver clear and accurate end to end business requirements across billing and/or provisioning systems. Communicate and validate end solution with stakeholders through user documentation, training and coordination of UAT.

Responsibilities:
* Perform/Document detailed analysis, design and requirements definition
* Research best practices and available technology solutions for business processes
* Develop conceptual solutions/models for billing system applications and processes
* Develop current and future process and information flows/diagrams
* Facilitate meetings with cross functional team members
* Develop and evaluate test scripts and test results to ensure software release meets requirements
* Interface with internal staff and external vendors
* Provide leadership and management in project activities and implementation
* Define critical milestones and manage resources to delivery
* Escalate project issues and risks as appropriate
* Manage multiple tasks concurrently.
* Must be able to travel 20% of the time.

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

* Experience with telecommunications billing applications and processes - CSG/DST/Interfaces a plus
* Experience with software development methodologies, systems analysis, design, implementation and documentation
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project leadership skills
* Excellent written presentation, verbal and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
