Senior Consultants

Job Description:
Genesis 10 has multiple needs for telecommunications Senior Billing Consultants for a long term project in the Kansas City area, in addition to numerous projects across the United States. Consultant needs include the following: Project Managers, Business Analysts, Data Analysts and Testing Professionals.

The role of the Senior Consultant is to lead small project teams in the delivery of telecom solutions. Assist in the design, requirements/gap analysis and implementation of technical or business systems, processes and solutions; participate in client meetings; support proposal development initiatives; ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality to ensure client satisfaction; present conclusions and recommendations; and keep team members informed of project status.

Responsibilities:

- Work with client teams to deliver business and technical solutions.
- Deliver timely and quality services, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct research and analysis, using data gathering techniques; analyze information, prepare presentations and deliver proposals to clients.
- Maintain personal utilization targets.
- Transfer knowledge, monitor engagement team performance and provide feedback.
- Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives, processes and methodology.

Job Experience:
Required Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of relevant work experience with a minimum of one year recent consulting expertise.
- Functional expertise in business process reengineering, transformation, organizational design/change management, implementation planning and execution, migration and conversion, testing and/or training.
- Strong analytical, team lead and leadership skills.
- Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence and motivate clients and employees and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be flexible to travel.
- Telecom and Consulting experience.
- Project Management/Business and Systems Analysis.
- Business Process experience.
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
- Excellent Documentation Skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT integration, telecom billing, OSS, Prepaid Systems (business), Call-Center, and CRM solution definition, design, development and delivery (Clarify, P2K, Ensemble or other CRM and billing packages essential) preferred.
- Proposal development experience preferred.
- Billing Systems experience.
- CRM experience (customer/business relationship management).
- 4 year collegiate degree.
