This is an opportunity to join Fidelus and gain invaluable Technology experience as a Cisco IP Communications Support Specialist. ?You must demonstrate strong problem solving skills, plan IP Telephony upgrades, integrate VoIP networks, maintain technical knowledge, Pre-build IPT systems, Troubleshoot and Resolve IP Communications issues and contribute to the overall team effort.

Qualifications

* Demonstrate experience planning, designing, implementing, & supporting the Cisco Architecture for Voice Video and Integrated Data(AVVID), with a primary focus on IP Telephony (Cisco CallManager) deployments in both existing converged networks and Greenfield customer settings.

* Expert application knowledge for voicemail/unified messaging, ACD, and IVR systems for large enterprise customers.

?

* Successful track record of deploying Cisco's Call Manager and Unity

Voicemail systems.

?

* Extensive hands-on Routing and Switching history.

?

* End-to-end QOS knowledge across a Cisco/MS LAN/WAN infrastructure.

?

* IPT WAN design experience desired.

?

* PIX/VPN Concentrator skills are a plus.

?

* Ability to develop formal presentations of management solutions and

present recommendations to clients.

?

* Skilled in using Visio and other network documentation software.

?

* Project leadership in enterprise production environments.

?

* Assist with proposal and solution presentations.

?

* Provide pre & post-sales technical support for Technical Account Managers for IPT services and related service offerings.

?

* Assist Technical Managers in preparing proposals and solution

presentations.

?

* Desired Certification(s): CCIE, CIPT, CCNP, CCDA, MCSE
