Senior Manager - Account Management

A leading provider of TEM (Telecom Expense Management) solutions is growing and seeking additional key players in order to meet growing client demand.  The TEM industry is growing wildly and no other organization boasts the depth of solution nor the breadth of existing clients as our still growing company.  We improve processes, produce efficiencies, and maximize savings for our clients by delivering Telecom Expense Management Outsourcing, ASP Software, Sourcing, Audit and Professional Services.  Our Service Delivery team has experience implementing some of the most complex TEM BPO programs. In addition, we provide the hosting infrastructure which includes people, process, technology (hardware, software and licenses) required to operate the solution. We have built an unparalleled reputation in the space by managing billions of dollars of telecommunications expenses for some of the largest and most complex networks in the world.


 

SUMMARY:

This position requires individuals to have demonstrated strong account management including project management capabilities.  Person must be able to program manage team(s) of professionals independently driving results for customers. Individual should be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm in carrying out their responsibilities and possess a highly professional demeanor.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

? Act as single point of contact and TEM consultant to successfully build a foundation which provides Company the ability to understand the clients? environment and business needs; thereby, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

? Lead Account Management Managers and Analysts, providing direction on how to manage accounts, thereby ensuring clients can be used as references

? Project Manage all aspects of client engagement including change control.

? Manage large clients or multiple client accounts, accountable for Company?s revenue stream from those accounts.

? Extensive client interface including routinely scheduled face-to-face meetings

? Client training

? Client Metric Monitoring of client milestones

? Ensure Company is contract compliant, positioning account for revenue growth

? Make sure all revenue is billable, collected, and increased per contractual terms.

? Manage A/R

? Manage scope creep ensuring profitability

? Participate in implementation of new client engagements

? Manage results driven from Company operational teams

? Ensure contract renewals are promptly handled

? Provide sales support for existing and new client opportunities, Lead a team of 5 telecom professionals

 

KEY QUALIFICTIONS:

 

? Strong client relationship skills.  Customer facing, problem solving orientation.

? Strong leadership and project management skills, must be able to deliver services contracted.

? Needs to develop talent from within ensuring scaleable organization to handle growth.

? Drive accountability down within the Account Management team.

? Manage conflicting priorities, effective time management.

? Provide solutions to client delivery challenges.

? Needs to be able to build a strong team of Telecom Expense Management professionals.  Must possess telecom knowledge to be an effective consultant with clients.

? Is responsible for productivity maintenance/increases with staff.

? Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills.

 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

A Bachelor?s degree (B.A)

Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training.  Mimimum of 3 years management experience.  Prior Project Management experience desired.
