We produce innovative prepaid transaction processing and information management systems. These systems facilitate the electronic distribution of prepaid wireless and other services from service providers such as wireless carriers or mobile operators, and their distributors, to retail points of sale. The company is well capitalized and has a strong management team. We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Sr. Software Engineer as we grow our team. Position Summary
Q Comm?s Sr. Software Engineer will develop interface software for internal operational automation, and customer interfaces into Q Comm?s point-of-sale transaction processing business. Assists with requirements, development, user interface development, architecture, design, and software engineering tasks. This individual will work in the Sandy, Utah office.

Education and Experience:
? Minimum of a BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
? 3+ years of solid experience in the computer industry.
? 2+ years Java, C++ or similar language
? Experience in object oriented design and development a must
? Experience with database development is a must.
? Experience in Java applications, JSP, EJBs, etc. a plus

? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
? Strong attention to detail
? High-energy, self-motivated, creative engineer
? A strong understanding of quality development practices, including product design, code design, engineering techniques, etc.
? Ability to work closely and cooperatively with other engineers, developers, senior management, and others.
? Ability to problem solve through creative and analytical thinking.
? Ability to grasp new technologies & react to changes in a fast-paced environment.
