Job Description:

Responsible for support of system integration projects. This will include: Understand and document customer requirementsFormulate end to end solutions by utilizing NTT?s in-house capabilities as well as outside vendorsSupport contract negotiations with suppliers as well as customersFormulate operation support processes, hands-on tier support for tier 1 operation team on technical issues

Required skills: Hands on experience and skill set on IT and networking integration projects such as Cisco, Server, and VoIP technologyTechnical in depth knowledge of equipment configurations and commercial knowledge including SOW and SLAs Good communication skills from listening and presenting point of viewCulturally sensitive and able to work in a multi-cultural environmentPast experience with system integration or consultant firm is a plus
