About the Position

Supervises staff in resolving problems received from Associates. Supervises/participates in the simulation of problems using divisional test equipment and the preparation of documentation on equipment operating problems. Assigns staff to conduct classroom/on-site training. Reviews training course's content/materials and recommends changes. Supervises staff in providing technical support and in reviewing new/revised documentation. Performs all duties inherent in a supervisory role. Works under general direction.

 

Qualifications

Associate degree in Electronics, a related discipline or the equivalent plus a minimum of six years key/package field service experience with at least one year in a senior role required for a general knowledge of key/package systems operation/features/functions/specifications/interface requirements and installation/maintenance/training techniques. Excellent communication skills also required.
