CCI designs, manufactures and installs wireless coverage enhancement and capacity solutions for wireless carriers. Our products are widely deployed with all of the major North American wireless carriers. We have solutions for PCS, Cellular and SMR environments. CCI's products include capacity expansion solutions such as Receiver Multi-Couplers, high power Hybrid Combiners, Auto-Tune Cavity Combiners, Single Carrier Power Amplifiers and Multi-Carrier Power Amplifiers. We also manufacture coverage enhancement solutions such as Tower-Mount Amplifiers, Cell Extenders, and Bi-Directional Amplifiers for In-Building coverage.

 

Operations Specialist

 

This position is responsible for implementing and coordinating operations, finance, and administrative tasks. The Specialist performs operations tasks such as entering and distributing customer billing, vendor invoices as well as tracking and distributing customer purchase orders. Responsible for compiling amounts owed from purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets etc, and for preparing invoices and recording transactions. Additionally position requires the tracking of equipment spares, test equipment, scheduling of manpower, and when necessary aid the project managers in expedites the flow of materials to the field for deployment.

 

The Specialist performs finance tasks such as  compiling and analyzing of integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.

 

Job responsibilities

 

?  Track and distribute customer Purchase Orders and Vendor invoicing..

?  Enter and distribute customer billing.

?  Track receivables and payables and escalate ?late pays? to customer or project manager for resolution.

?  Track assets such test equipment, equipment spares and company vehicles.

?  Track internal manpower.

?  Expedite materials for delivery to the field as necessary..

?  Update trackers of installation schedules with billing and Purchase Order information. 

?  Order supplies and equipment and specify deliveries, track shipments.

?  Work on assignments unique to the start-up nature of the wireless communications business.

?  Occasional overnight travel .

 

Job Skills and Qualifications

 

?  The position requires a bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration and 2 to 4 years of experience.

?  Experience in professional services, consulting or Telecommunications industry is a plus.

?  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

?  Must have a valid US Drivers License and having an excellent driving record

?  Excellent Computer skills including strong familiarity with WindowsTM based PC systems and Microsoft Office applications.

?  Excellent organizational, decision making, and time management skills.

?  Familiarity with Quickbooks a plus.

?  Ability to work on special projects requiring flexibility and ingenuity.

?  Often requires work beyond the normal day or week.

?  Ability to work in a very demanding and fast paced environment while balancing the needs of customers, end users, and vendors in a calm and professional manner.

?  Must be able to multi task to a very high degree.

?  Assertive, proactive, and independent work style while at the same time being a team player.
