Site Acquisition/Zoning Specialist

We manage both small and large-scale deployments for clients in the areas of Project Management, Site Acquisition, Land Use Planning, Architecture & Engineering & Construction Management.



We are currently looking for Site Acquisition professionals for the?Chicago, Illinois?market.



Responsibilities include site ID; zoning feasibility; negotiating price, term, escalation, equipment location, property, and ancillary agreement; securing property rights; conducting high quality construct ability review; preparing site sketch; reviewing title report for ownership, encumbrances, easements, etc.; reviewing zoning drawings prior to submittal for compliance with public agency and client requirements; prepares, submits and obtains land use entitlement applications; regular reporting of project status and schedule.



Requirements

- lease negotiation experience & the ability to close deals

- Familiar w/local RE market & entitlement procedures

- Current experience in the?Chicago?area land use planning

- Experience presenting at public hearings

- Excellent research and organizational skills

- Ability to interpret blueprints

- 2+ years wireless Site Acquisition and Zoning experience in the local area.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

- Good driving record
