5280 Solutions Technical Consulting Services division is seeking a Software Configuration Manager for a communications client of ours located in Longmont.

The Software Configuration Manager maintains, builds, and archives Quality Assurance test environments and source code. Will be responsible for source code once it is received from Development as it runs through the QA test cycle and then released to production.

Requirements include: Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of SCM experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience is needed in Windows 95/98/NT/2000 and Windows NT Server, working with Tandem computers and utilities, Microsoft IIS and SQL Server including T-SQL, knowledge of PVCS Version Manager and VMInet. Also needed is experience with Web-based languages including HTML, VBScript, JavaScript, and working knowledge with Cold Fusion 3.1 or higher and Non-Stop SQL.

The ideal candidate will have familiarity with automated test tools, especially: Win Runner, SQA Suite Team Test, and Versa Test, as well as TCP/IP, ASP, and Internet security. Additional skills include use and implementation of open source SCM tools, PERL, and finally build and test automation tools.
