Specialist-Network-Wireless Project Mgr.
Description:
The Network Specialist-Wireless Project Manager reports to the Network Manager and is accountable for network projects including new cell builds, site modifications and special projects. This position will serve as a backup to the Network Manager and will work with diverse work groups to ensure on time completion of all cell site related projects. Other key responsibilities include project coordination, XNG, and resource management.
Qualifications:
Work Experience: At least 5 years experience in wireless industry network department. At least 5 years experience in project management. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Able to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
Project Management: Proven project management skills with in depth attention to detail. At least 5 years experience in project management. Results oriented and ability to lead diverse technical and non-technical teams in completing complex projects within time and budget constraints. Ability to foresee obstacles and develop work around plans. Ability to lead daily or weekly meetings, documenting action plans and ensuring deadlines are met. Ability to create and monitor project milestones containing all necessary tasks and dependencies. Provide reporting on project timelines, milestones, barriers and action plans. Education/Other Skills: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Strong computer skills including Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Project and Outlook. Must be reliable, self-starter, and highly motivated with positive attitude. Time management and organization are key. Team player
