Spectrum Clearing Contract Negotiator

My client is seeking a Spectrum Clearing Contract Negotiator for Bellevue,WA. The contract is initially 1 year.

Description:

This position will negotiate large technical contracts for relocation of incumbent spectrum users to a new spectrum, partnering with legal in the creation and execution of the contracts. Job qualification requirements include: contract negotiation, contract creation, contract execution, project management, critical thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn the technical knowledge to understand the complexity and severity of microwave systems.

Minimum Requirements:
Solid negotiating skills
Project management skills a must
Strong written and verbal communication skills and with diverse groups
Detail oriented and very organized
Flexible. Must have the ability to multi-task and meet rigid deadlines
Attention to detail and high regard for quality assurance
Computer literate and proficient in Windows suite of office tools

Preferred Skills:
Experience with negotiating microwave relocation contracts related to the PCS spectrum clearing and/or microwave engineering systems
5+ years experience in contract negotiation related to telecommunications
Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent

Expenses: The client will cover: (including but not limited to) airfare, lodging, meals and ground transportation.
Also, cell phone charges specific to the scope of the job

Some overnight travel required
