Sr. Technical Analyst - Greenville (1622)

Level: Exempt
Salary: $55,040.00 - $82,560.00
Location: Greenville, SC
Description:


Position Objective:
Provide technical analysis for CTO development department

Position Activities:
1. Project budgeting and expense management including ROI?s, SOW?s and contract negotiation
2. Project Management experience in scheduling resources, internal and external
3. Leading meetings, teams and external resources to deliver as promised
4. Risk identification and mitigation
5. Work with end users to analyze and design systems solutions to business problems and needs.
6. Responsible for managing, directing and planning projects consisting of multiple project teams.
7. Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and assigning project tasks, team building, maintaining working relationships with client functional areas outside of Development.
8. Applies project development methodologies and reporting techniques to indicate project status.
9. Identifies and negotiates schedules, milestones and resources required to meet project objectives.
10. Works with departments to coordinate systems testing, installation, training and support.
11. Organizes and guides project operations through the use of methodologies accepted by the industry
12. May prepare staff performance evaluations and conduct staff reviews.

Requirements:
Essential Skills:
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and team building skills.
10+ years in telecommunications with multiple carriers.
Experience with Microsoft project,word, excel.
5+ years experience financial analysis experience including ROI?s, SOW?s and other contract negotiation.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to successful implementation.
Requires solid project management skills, ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
Excellent communication skills, business judgment, proven expertise in directing the efforts of a technical staff.
5+ years experience managing projects with outside vendors.

Preferred Skills:
Basic SQL query knowledge
Proven expertise in directing the efforts of a technical staff
