TnT Partners is looking for a Senior Level Telecom Billing Auditor to work out of TnT?s client location in Newtown, CT.   Candidates must show proven abilities in performing detailed Telecom Audits.  Must possess a thorough understanding of all Telecom invoicing, terms, services and associated technology.This is a key client-facing position that involves managing audit team members, ensuring team audit results are accurate and comprehensive and effectively communicating those results to the client. 

 

Further experience and skill must include the following: 

 

? 5 years experience in a high volume environment auditing telecom carrier invoices for voice and data  

? Managerial experience preferred

? Experience working with LEC billing systems and carrier electronic data

? Experience negotiating credits and contracts with various telecom carriers

? Proven abilities and experience leading and managing a telecom auditing team

? Strong analytical skills with background knowledge of accounting

? Must be proficient in Excel and Access

? Ability to multi-task, high energy and a self-starter

? Strong negotiating skills

? Excellent organizational and communication skills

? Attention to detail and an investigative drive

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

The responsibilities required to perform the function of Sr. Telecom Billing Auditor  include but are not limited to:

 

? Analyze & Audit vendor invoices and create billing analysis recommendations from contracted rates.Review and approve team members? audit results and recommendations

 

? Team responsibility for all aspects of telecom billing/financials including invoice analysis and entry into payment system, verification to inventory, ad hoc reports and budget analysis.

 

? New client inventory and bill processing database setup.  Management of electronic data feeds from carriers into billing system as well as electronic accounting data feeds back to client.  Standard and customized reporting.

 

? Summarize Client Contracts into rate tables and make recommendations based on tariff rate structures.

 

? Team responsibility for comparing provisioning orders to invoices to determine authenticity of all facility circuits billed.

 

? Manage weekly vendor conference calls for establishing methods of identifying and collecting on disputed items.

 

? Professional and effective communications with clients.

 

? Daily client billing team management including training junior analysts on all aspects of Telecom bill auditing.
