Sr. Voice Solutions Consultant

I. Position

 

Lead Engineer for the design, development and integration of Siebel Call Center product with Cisco Unified Communications Contact Center IPCC) at the desktop.

 

II.  Responsibilities

 Provide technical review of sales opportunities as well as labor estimates.Gather solution requirements, write Functional Specifications, Detailed Siebel CTI Design for CTI Desktop applications, on medium to large Call Center projects.Provide schedule input based on a detailed design.Lead the installation and test of these custom solutions at a customer site.Provide leadership on integrating Siebel Call Center and Siebel Server products into Spanlink?s Contact Center products based on the Cisco IPCC product line.Remain current in the fields of telephony, computer science as it relates to Contact Center applications.

 

III. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

 Report up the management chain through Self-Service Applications Practice Lead to a Director of Professional Services.Lead a team of up to three software engineers, programmers and interns in the implementation of a product.Work closely with software engineers, programmers, product managers, and project managers.

Technical skills required:

? Siebel CTI, and CTI Connect

? Cisco CTI Driver for Siebel 7.0

 

Object oriented languages

? (C++, Java, etc.), Java a plus,

? Custom Software labor estimation,

? Database design and programming,

? SQL embedded in Java, JSP.

 

Good Understanding of a broad range of Programming Languages/Technologies.

? Java, JSP, JVM, J2EE, XML, PL/SQL, Java RMI, Visual Basic, .NET, Tomcat Server, VoiceXML, IIS, etc.

 

V. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

 B.S. in Computer Science.5 years experience with Siebel products, with at least 2 of them working with Siebel Call Center product line.
