Job Summary

 

Maintain the highest level of customer service by ensuring that all necessary Service Orders and Central Office equipment is properly assigned, provisioned, tested and performing as designed through the prevention or repair of any Hardware or Software faults that could degrade service.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

Maintain the highest level of customer service by ensuring that all necessary Service Orders and Central Office equipment is properly assigned, provisioned, tested and performing as designed through the prevention or repair of any Hardware or Software faults that could degrade service.

 

Required:

 

2 year degree is desired - Preferably in a technical field. Any Operational or Engineering background in Telecommunications is a plus.
4 to 5 Years previous switch/telecommunications related experience
In depth experience with central office switching systems
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
