System Engineer

Telecommunications Technician/System Engineer

Enterprise Solutions, a division of HickoryTech, a leading vendor of Nortel Voice and Data equipment, is seeking experienced candidates for a Technician position in our Service Department at our Roseville location.

Responsibilities include working with Nortel products performing moves, adds and changes, service and installation. Data, Network, PC, and Server background is preferred. Nortel Symposium, CallPilot, OTM and BCM knowledge is an asset. Two-year technical degree required along with at least 3 to 5 years applicable experience working with Nortel products. Strong hardware and software skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and a strong customer focus required.
