About the Position

This Project Manager/Senior Consultant is requested to perform following activities to deal various types of projects, mainly ERP/Manufacturing System domain, together with a sales manager and its team.

To understand customers? primary interest in terms of industry and business process.

To provide detailed explanation about ERP/Manufacturing Systems through printed material.

To develop and provide demonstration of ERP/Manufacturing Systems.

To prepare printed sales material with sales representatives.

To research customers? needs helping sales representatives.

 

Qualifications

Fluent in both English and Japanese.

Experience in factory/sales control system implementation projects at large JOC manufacturing companies for more than 10 years.

Experience in global major ERP application (ex. Oracle EBS) implementation projects for more than 2 years Hi level of communication and organization skill

IT related knowledge such as Windows server, database, custom made application, legacy system such as AS/400, and documentation preferred.

Manufacturing related knowledge such as SCM preferred.

Finance related knowledge preferred.

Work experience both in Japan and US preferred.

Permanent resident (U.S. citizen or green card holder) preferred (needs to access to Mexico frequently).
