Systems Integration Developer
Ameritraining, Inc. is searching for a Systems Integration Developer who will perform the following functions:
- Client Technical Liaison
o Partner with BPA (Business Process Analyst) in interfacing with the client.
o Advising BPA on technical issues
o Answering or finding technical answers for BPA, Interactions Project Team, and client questions
o Determine correct person to escalate a problem or question to
o Technical Interface between BPA, Client and developers
- Systems Integration Architect
o Responsible to work with client to document interfaces needed between systems
o Negotiate interfaces with client to obtain approval from both parties
o Interfaces include: data coming from client to iBox; data from iBox to client?s back office; incoming phone calls; outgoing phone calls
o Develope data dictionary of the data being exchanged (values, ranges, invalid, etc)
o Review proposed modifications to Business Rules and Interfaces against their impact on our software
o Work on establishing a standard for implementing interfaces (web services server, DataCommander, bi-directional support for multiple iboxes, backup/recovery, etc)
- Systems Integration Developer
o Code and unit test the web services that we need to host on the iBox
o Code and unit tested methods to call web services at client
o Create simulator to simulate client web services on iBox for internal testing
o Support internal and client testing of back office interfaces
- Quality Assurance
o Create test conditions and test scripts used to test the system end-to-end without client systems
o Create test conditions and test scripts used to test the system end-to-end with client systems
o Create test data
o Performed this testing with Project Team
- Technical Support for Interactions Project Team
o Assist with tests (phone hookups, staging tests, executing tests), both internal with Interactions and with client
o Help setup telephony configuration, help with issues & changes
o Ongoing monitoring of general errors or inconsistencies
