Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the performance and accomplishment of hospital communications needs through courteous, prompt and effective telephone operator, patient information, paging, physician answering service and related communications services.

Qualifications
1. Excellent customer service.
2. Effectively answer phones.
3. Computer and switchboard experience helpful.
4. Ability to handle a multi-task environment.
5. Good judgement/able to handle emergency situations.
