Telsource the nation?s leading independent service provider of voice and data communication field services seeks a Technical Trainer to deliver and implement technical training and soft skill training programs throughout the Company.

You will develop, implement, and facilitate field technician and business process training programs. Candidates must have demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, configuring, and analyzing data and voice CPE as well as TELCOM wiring and LAN/WAN management. A Technical School Degree as well as Technical Training Certification are preferred. Experience with Cisco hardware a plus. Basic skills such as computer literacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and curriculum development are mandatory. The position requires the trainer to travel.

The position is located in Strongsville, Ohio.
