Technical Training Manager

Ditech?s Technical Training Manager Position requires an individual that can:

1. Develop and deliver advanced training courses for technical audiences consisting of Ditech?s

internal, channel/partner and end-user technical staff

2. Understand Ditech?s product lines to an extent where he/she can deliver highly technical training modules in support of Ditech?s Marketing and System Engineering groups

3. Manage all phases of content development and delivery for Ditech?s training modules

4. Present new product and application solution courses related Ditech?s voice processing platforms

5. Travel?this position will require travel (20-40%) to customer locations to deliver course offerings. Individual must have a current passport and be willing to travel internationally.

 

Ditech?s Technical Training Manager position requires a strong team player and self-starter with

demonstrable technical competence in advanced technologies?especially high-end Carrier-grade platforms and VoIP technologies. This individual must also have a proven ability to deliver complex training materials from scratch with a thorough understanding of current training and delivery methods and techniques. This position requires that the individual be able to work in a laboratory environment and possess a thorough understanding of networking technology.

 

The candidate must be able to work with limited supervision in defining initial goals and addressing complex issues with an ability to select methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. The candidate must also possess superior presentation and public speaking skills along with general communication skills.

 

This senior level position reports to the Director of Marketing and requires a minimum of a BS in

engineering or an equivalent technical discipline, with recent training experience on voice processing or VoIP products. 8 to 10 years of experience. The candidate must be highly proficient  Excel, Power Point, MS Project, Visio as well as Adobe Frame Maker and Illustrator.
