About the Position
Acts as the primary divisional contact with telecommunications industry consultants to provide specifications and technical information on division products and to obtain information on their product/application needs. Provides direction for the development of consultant specific market surveys. Conducts market surveys, analyzes survey results, monitors competitive activity and prepares reports on findings. Works under general supervision.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering or the equivalent required for a general knowledge of engineering principles/practices. Minimum of five years telecommunications sales/systems engineering or consulting experience required for a broad knowledge of PBX equipment/system architecture/applications/feature functionality, trouble shooting and competitive analysis techniques. Certified in 2400 and 2000 products, Active voice. Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills also required.
