Telco Billing System Sr. Consultants

The role of the Sr. Consultant is to lead small project teams in the delivery of telecom solutions.  You will assist in the design, analysis and implementation of technical or business processes and solutions; participate in client meetings; support proposal development initiatives; ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality to ensure client satisfaction; present conclusions and recommendations; and keep team members informed of project status. You will on occasion need to act as a project advisor, assisting in business requirements gathering, design, analysis and implementation of business processes and solutions; participate in client meetings; support proposal development initiatives; ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality to ensure client satisfaction; present conclusions and recommendations; and managing and advising team members on best practice.

Though this is primarily a US-based role, there may be a need for global support and working with your international colleagues and counterparts.

Role:
Work with client and Amdocs? teams to deliver business and technical solutions.
Deliver timely and quality services, ensuring client satisfaction.
Conduct research and analysis, using data gathering techniques. Analyze information, prepare presentations and deliver proposals to clients.
Maintain personal utilization targets.
Transfer knowledge, monitor engagement team performance, and provide feedback.
Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives, processes and methodology.
