Telecom CRM Functional Sr. Consultant

We are looking for Consultants that are Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all or some aspects of Integrated Customer Management. You will present, sell and organize Amdocs? Consulting solutions for Integrated Customer Management in both the areas of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Channel Management. You will sell not only externally to prospective client executives, industry functions but also through the existing Amdocs account teams. You will on occasion need to act as a project advisor, assisting in business requirements gathering, design, analysis and implementation of business processes and solutions; participate in client meetings; support proposal development initiatives; ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality to ensure client satisfaction; present conclusions and recommendations; and managing and advising team members on best practice. Though this is primarily a US-based role, there may be a need for global support and working with your international colleagues and counterparts. You will need to work with senior executives in Marketing, Customer Care, Channels and Strategy. Multiple positions currently open due to rapid growth. Project cities include:

Communicating Amdocs Customer Management consulting solutions to industry, client executives and internally within the company
Being a Subject Matter Expert in end-to-end Customer Management with a specific expertise in Call Center, Customer Lifecycle Management or both.
Develop compelling and relevant solutions offerings to meet our clients? needs
Develop methodologies and templates to deliver solution offerings in a more efficient and timely manner
Sell consulting engagements to top Telecommunication Carriers and Financial Institutions and work through the Amdocs Account Teams
Work with client and Amdocs? teams to deliver business solutions using technology for end to end integrated customer management to client satisfaction.
Deliver timely and quality services.
Prepare presentations and deliver proposals to clients.
Transfer knowledge, monitor team performance, and provide feedback.?Essential experience:
5+ years Consulting experience
5+ years telecom or financial services experience in CRM in one or more of the following areas:
