Telecom Systems Architect- ICM Scripting & Design-Fortune 50 Organization

We are searching for a telecom systems architect to be involved with a number of migration and new-build projects across the U.S. More Specifically, this Telecom Systems Architect will be responsible for:

? Installation of Cisco ICM (aka Geotel) equipment/software for a call-center environment
? Design and execute appropriate call handling strategies
? Setup of routing over various vendors using ICM
? Hardware maintenance/upgrades/patch installation
? Work with Inter Exchange and Local Exchange carriers in network provisioning
? Avaya firmware/patch installation
? Building and maintaining relationships with telecom vendors
? Various other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

? 5+ years relevant voice telecom experience
? 2+ years Cisco ICM experience
? Knowledge of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration)
? Knowledge of ASAI applications
? Strong Unix and Microsoft Windows skill-set
? Excellent analytical and problem solving-skills
? Ability to work well with all levels of the organization
? Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
? Able to work with little supervision
? Strong Mentoring skills
? Willing to travel to other locations to assist in Support Process projects
? Avaya Accreditation
