Telecommunications Project Coordinator

Job Description:

? Project Coordinator will have complete responsibility over project timelines, budgeting and costing.

? Responsible for analyzing Request for Quotes (RFP), preparing bids by interfacing with the installation and procurement teams.

? Responsible for providing the customer with detailed and regular reports concerning the progress of each project.

? Responsible for working with the customer and other vendors to resolve issues and problems.

? Responsible for determining the budget for each project for all aspects of the project including but is not limited to labor, material costs, shipping costs, travel, per diem,

? Responsible for being the single point of contact for customers. Will be interfacing with the customers in providing status reports and any other services which will be requested of the company. Coordinator must have strong verbal and written communication skills with customer service skills as well.

? Responsible for providing management with reports covering job costing, budgeting, profit and loss, revenue recognition and forecasting.

? Responsible for interfacing with business development in determining future growth in the business and operations.

? Responsible for developing detailed process flowcharts and technical documentation for all components of the operations.

? Develop training programs and schedules for new team members.

? Responsible for conduct regular meetings and presentations to management regarding overall operations performance and progress including completion reports, weekly revenue and costs reports and project profit and loss reports.

? Ensure that all products meet the technical requirements with the utmost quality and are completed in a cost effective and timely manner.

? Must have strong computer skills with emphasis on at least MS Excel, Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio and Project.

? Must have the patience and flexibility to adapt to the changes in scheduling, technical requirements and other aspects of the project which are influenced by the customers and other factors.
