Installation Of New & Used Telephone Systems

Complete Service Repair Tickets

Complete Service Requests For Adds, Moves, & Changes

Duties:

Install New and Used Telephone Systems ? Including Cable Installation

Complete Service Repair Tickets

Complete Service Requests for Adds, Moves, & Changes

Install T-1 Equipment

Knowledge of VoIP Applications

Good Troubleshooting Skills

Good Customer Service Relations

Daily Completion Of Paperwork For Tickets Worked

Qualifications:

Experience with Tadiran, Vodavi, Atlas, NEC, & Nortel Telephone Systems

Certification and/or Work Experience 1 to 5 Years

Telephony Knowledge & Quick Learner

When Necessary, Overtime Work Hours Are Mandatory

Good Computer Skills

Good Communication Skills

Courteous To Customers, Office Staff, & Other Techs

Reliable ? Thorough - Self-Starter

Must Have Own Tools & Vehicle

Must Be Bondable
