Territory Sales Manager - OH/IN

Summary:

Reporting  to the Regional  Vice President, the Territory Sales Manager will be promarily responsible for selling Wire One Communications' products and services  throughout the assigned territory.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Acquire profitable new services revenue into defined territory
? Work with respective Regional Vice President to develop territory sales plan for acquiring new service and hardware revenue.
? Position unique strengths to leverage our market position and "Why" we are strongest partner for the customer" (sell value vs. price point).
? Demonstrate knowledge and education of all products and services.
? Work with respective sales engineering within company to create profitable, value-added service revenue within assigned territory.
? Document a clear scope of work with qualifying information and customer needs/requirements that will allow you to establish a strategy with profitability and internal requirements that will support that customer. In addition, the opportunity must make good business sense with clear customer expectations set in order to enhance the customer experience.
? Build and manage funnel growth and expectations within 30, 60 and 90 day periods.
? Meet and exceed monthly-targeted sales quotas.
? Retain and grow defined base revenues (as identified and assigned by Regional Vice President).
? Establish and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base.
? Establish daily activity plans, track progress through a sales tracking system, and generate a clean monthly funnel and forecast to Regional Vice President.
? Create and maintain key opportunity customer profiles.
? Participation in Customer User Forums and or Tradeshows upon request and requirement.
? Other work related duties as assigned.



Qualification Requirements:

3-4 years prior sales experience is necessary.

Experience selling conferencing services and/or technology is required.

Track record of meeting and exceeding monthly targeted sales quotas.

Demonstrated ability to generate new business through cold calling on accounts.
