Training Specialist

Description:
As a Training Specialist in the Assured Networks Group, you will be responsible for leading the development of CNA-specific courseware to meet the needs of different functional roles such as technical integration, administration, and operational use.

You will be responsible for adapting these training materials to meet the needs of future product developments, as well as tailoring content for the needs of specific audiences.


You will be responsible for designing and developing appropriate hands-on, multivendor lab environments to compliment the courseware.

You will be responsible for delivering CNA-specific training, including setting up class lab equipment,
leading hands-on excercises, and leading integration troubleshooting scenarios.

Maintaining an appropriately high level of subject matter expertise in the realm of training on the CNA technology will require recurring involvement with real production systems. This will involve some level of ongoing participation in tasks such as: deployment planning meetings, assisting in production roll-outs, and participating in support/troubleshooting projects.

Qualifications:
You will need significant background in networking concepts and technology, including:
- detailed, practical understanding of switching and routing
- network security and routing
policy, and policy implementation.

You may be required to periodically travel to company and customer sites to delivery training, or to assist
with a deployment of CNA.

Your expertise and insight into product functionality will also feed into the product development process -- identifying specific product limitations and areas for enhancement, and providing feedback for development priorities.
