Videoconference Coordinator - Reservations

Position Summary:

 

Wire One Communications provides the excitement of working with cutting edge technology in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.  The role of Collaboration Specialist is to provide a world class customer experience with every transaction.  This position encompasses the end-to-end management of multimedia conferences (video, audio, web, streaming, etc.) from conference reservation to technical support.  The Collaboration Specialist is the first point of customer contact at Wire One Communications and is responsible for the facilitation and execution of all customer conferencing requests. 

 

 

Customer Service Skills

o  Experience in a fast paced customer service/call center environment preferred

o  Demonstrated Customer Service skills and strong phone presence

o  The ability to handle stressful situations and deal with difficult customer situations

Communication Skills

o  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

o  Foreign languages skills are a plus

Organizational Skills

o  Must possess good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

o  Ability to work both independently and as a team member

o  Strong attention to detail

o  Proven problem solving skills

Computer/Technical Skills

o  Experience with Microsoft Windows based computing, including Microsoft Word and Excel

o  Experience with Web-based applications

o  Previous experience with videoconferencing or other technical environment a benefit

Education/Qualifications

o  Educated to a high school (GCSE) level required

o  A college (university) degree is preferred, or the equivalent in experience

Any industry recognized certifications (e.g. CVE) would be a benefit.
